An evening hosted by the UK Province of the Xaverian Missionaries, the Justice and Peace Commission Scotland and Pax Christi Scotland.

An evening to her Jim’s unique insight on the development of Christian thinking on pace and nonviolence by those who helped to shape it.

Pax Christi Advent Peace Service and Christmas Market @ St Aloysius Church

Our popular Advent Peace Service held as usual in St Aloysius Church, Euston followed by our alternative Christmas market with fair-trade goods, goods from Palestine, Philippines and more.

For singers and musicians, there will be a rehearsal on 8 December between 2 – 4 pm in  St Philomena’s Convent, 70-71 Euston Square NW1 1DJ (Corner of Euston Square and Grafton Place)

Music will be led by Julie McCann.

We are delighted to welcome Jim to London.  A writer, activist, co-founder of the Catholic Peace Fellowship in the United Stated, Jim knew, worked with and has written on Thomas Merton, Dorothy Day and Daniel Berrigan.

Hosted by Pax Christi with the Thomas Merton Society of Great Britain and Ireland, Faith and Resistance Network and London Catholic Worker
