International Women’s Day Event
An afternoon for women in the Nottingham Diocese, who care about peace. Women attending may be Pax Christi members/supporters, but don’t have to be! Women from other places and other denominations are very welcome too.
We will meet in the Hall for refreshments and greetings. Then Pax Christi Director, Theresa Alessandro will lead us in an invigorating, reflective time in the church, with readings from women peacemakers and shared prayer.
We will return to the Hall for more refreshments and a chance to talk with each other.
The event will finish at 4.15 pm but you are welcome to stay for the parish Mass at 5pm.
The event is organised jointly by Pax Christi and Nottingham Diocese Justice & Peace Commission Chair, Patricia Stoat.
