Delivery / Returns policy relating to on-line shop
We aim to process all orders through this website within 5 working days of receiving the order – with the exception of orders during the Christmas and New Year period when the office is closed. Goods will usually be sent by Royal Mail second class post and postage costs are included at the time of payment. In the unlikely circumstance that good are not received within the stated time, enquiries can be made by emailing us. Pax Christi wiill offer a full refund if it can be proven that the incorrect goods have been sent, or alternatively will make every effort to send the correct goods as soon as possible.
