‘Challenging UK weapons sales to Israel in the courts’

Charlotte is a Lawyer with GLAN and a Consultant at Bindmans LLP. Charlotte works on GLAN’s public law litigation, both domestically and internationally, particularly with respect to the prevention of the commission of war crimes, and accountability thereafter. Charlotte is a member of the legal team representing Al Haq in Al Haq v. Secretary of State for Business and Trade, which is challenging the U.K. government’s decision to grant export licenses for arms sales to Israel.
