We aim to process all orders through this website within 5 working days of receiving the order – with the exception of orders during the Christmas and New Year period when the office is closed. Goods will usually be sent by Royal Mail second class post and postage costs are included at the time of payment. Pax Christi wiill offer a full refund if it can be proven that the incorrect goods have been sent, or alternatively will make every effort to send the correct goods as soon as possible.
