The Executive Committee has called an Extraordinary General Meeting of Pax Christi England & Wales to take place on Saturday 19 November 2022 at the FCJ Centre, 32 Phoenix Road, London NW1 1TA. The meeting will begin at 11:30am and conclude no later than 3pm.
The purpose of the EGM is to discuss changes to our constitution proposed by the constitution working group that was set up in response to our 2020 AGM.

The working group who undertook this review on behalf of the membership was Valerie Flessati, Matt Jeziorski, and John Dowbekin and it is they who propose these changes for ratification.
Registration and Voting
Members wishing to attend the meeting should register by contacting the office by email (info@paxchristi.org.uk) or telephone (0208 203 4884).
Members unable to attend but wishing to vote can either nominate a proxy or vote in advance of the meeting. In either case please contact the office to make arrangements.
Practical Arrangements
The meeting will take place at the FCJ Centre, 32 Phoenix Road, London NW1 1TA. The venue is a short walk from Euston Station.
Hot drinks will be provided. Please bring finger food for a shared lunch.
