These dates were set by the global steering group to include:
– April 15: Tax Day in the U.S. (the largest arms spender by some margin)
– April 26: Release of the latest SIPRI figures on global military spending, which will be accompanied by GDAMS press conferences and twitter storm
– May 1: International Workers Day
– May 9: Europe’s Day of Peace
