Remembering Hiroshima, August 6th Members of CND and Pax Christi and supporters will gather at 10 .00 a.m. outside Radio Merseyside Studio in Hanover St with banners and placards . At 10. 15 a.m. they will walk in silence to the Peace Garden in St. John’s Gardens ( behind St.George’s Hall ). At 11.00 a.m. there will be a Service in the Peace Garden which will include laying a wreath of white poppies, music, reflection and readings.
